I booked a taxi to fetch myself and 2 daughters on 20 Jan 2013 from lanseria, landing at 23h45 from CPT to go home. I confirmed the booking with the contact on their website. he called me back and confirmed our booking. When landing last night, there was no driver waiting for us. I called the cell number and after a few attempts the guy told me that the driver was there and looking for us. We were the only passengers remaining in the airport at that time. I tried calling back, and my call went to voicemail. I tried all the other numbers on their website - no answer. I went to the info counter. The lady called someone who told us that the driver will be there in 5 mins. We waited and no one came. Eventually she told us to go to the drop off zone outside the terminal and wait. It was very late and very dark and we were alone. Eventually a driver came. The vehicle had no identification nor did the driver have any form of ID visible. However we were stuck so went with him. He had to stop to get petrol and did not drive well nearly bumping into a curb as he didnt see it as we went around a corner.
