I had arranged for someone to come and clean my house today and do my Ironing. No one pitched and after I phoned I was told they were short staffed. No attempt has been maid to resolve my issue, in fact the lady on the phone has been rude and uncooperative. I had to pay a deposit by the 1st of December to secure a person. They did not have the decency to phone and let me know that no one would be coming. No attempt from the manager to phone to apologise or even refund my money.
This is the second time something like this happened. I will not be using there service again.
