Extremely bad, unfair and unprofession service

My husband applied for a cellphone contact with weava cell through a broker, southern money, after being promised the phone within the same day or the next day latest, we only received it after 2 weeks of begging, and we were offered a contract from another company in this time which we could have had within 2 days of applying, but the lady would then tell us the tablets is already at the couries and will be here by morning, just to be disapointed with no courier coming the next day or the day after, we only had it a view days when we contacted them with a complain that the tablet is faulty, it has 4 faults. A lady contacted me and said they will collect the tablet and i have to wait up to 21 working days for them to repair it, so again we have no phone for that period, we run a business and cant be stuck without a phone, We asked to cansel the contract as it has only been 5 days but they threaten to take us to court. I have never delt with more unfair, professional company.
