We are still standing and waiting for a bus that was booked for 6pm, not only did they not have the decency to let any of the passengers know by sms or telephone about the bus being delayed! I had to go an enquire with the ladies at the help desk only to find out that the driver called in sick and the waiting for a stand by driver, when asked by when the bus would arrive she said its delayed until further notice! we are still waiting and they won't even bother updating us about the whereabouts of this bus, this is ridiculous and I find it hard to understand that a company of their aclaimed standards could treat their passengers this way both driver and helpdesk staff have no idea about customers service, this is the last time I'll ever travel with translux and I'll be sure to spread the word!!! how can I book a ticket for 6pm and then they tell me the bus is only coming at 9pm!!!
