I booked a bus at computicket (checkers) to travel from Pietermaritzburg to midrand on the 21/01/2014 at 21:00. one bus came at 21:00 and they said this is not the one i booked, mine is coming from the eastern cape, an hour passed i asked the lady in the office if its still coming, she said they don't have contacts for the bus driver and the bus can be late by an hour or 2 hours. when the bus arrived after an hour i asked the lady in the office if this is the right bus? she said i must go ask its driver, i waited on the door while the were passegers disembarking the bus, after i then ask the driver is if this is the bus appearing on my ticket and why the bus is so late, he shouted at me saying, he is not my boy i cant ask him why he is late, i am not his employer he doesn't get paid by me and he even said ngingamjwayeli kabi. that was not necessary. the lady in the office said why did i book using computicket because the computicket is giving out wrong time, question is computicket getting these times and why city to city let computicket sell the tickets if they know they are giving out wrong times. worse day in my life of travelling
