Stinking attitude

I am utterly disgusted by the service that i have constantly received at Phumula Gardens post office. I went to certify copies and they refused and said i need to make copies from them and pay for copies and certify them. They do not certify your copies they are making money out of people. This post office can not register a parcel cause they just dont do it. I had to go to alberton because they dont do registered envelopes. The stories of this post office are endless. Basically you have to bribe them for service.
