Bad attitude

I went to Mahube post office branch yesterday to renew my disc licence for one of my car, I found one of the teller sleeping and the other busy with invoices, I said to her can I have forms to renew my disc license she gave it to me then said do u have ld book I say yes she said with attitude we don't need I'd book here but copies of it I said since when cause every time I renew disc they use Identity book not copy she scream to me said you want to renew your disc or not or if not go to another post office, I ask her why she is giving me this kind of attitude as it was unnecessary to do that as other branch use identity book, I was forced to go the more than 15 km to silverton where they dont need copies to renew my disc while my nearest branch couldn't help me what a disgusting service at this post office
