On the 22/04/2013 (Sontonga, Katlehong) i went to the Post Office so that they can check for me how much i will need to pay for my car disk, they told me they don't do that, the only do renewal when you have money.
But today i passed at Johannesburg Post Office (23/04/2013) and they lady was so helpful only that my car disk i can only do that at East Rand.
What i want to know, how come other post office can do it but this particular post office cannot do that?
I will not afford to go to the department licence while i have a post office close to me because it's just a walking distance to fo there.
Can someone call them how you do that because this is just a person being lazy thus all.
While you are at it please give them a stamp so that atleast we can go there to certify our copies because going all the way to the police station is so far.
And again they are so rude towards customer's.
