On the 7th of October I went to my nearest post office (Arcadia Branch- Pretoria) to certify and get a commissioner of aoth to sign my documents but I was so dissapointed by the service. I was so unfortunate that I had to be served by Dipilo Tsotetsi. First of all I received an updated copy of my CK1 certificate and printed it in color which i got from Cipro's website. Ms Dipilo refused to certify my documents saying they are not original. Secondly, I had a document that needed a commissioner of oath and she baldly with attitude as well as a dimmining look refused to sign or get me help. Instead of helping me she denied me sefvice by saying the post offices do not have the commissioner of oath and I should go to the police station. This left me frustrated as I had no time to go to the police station. Next morning I went to Brooklyn post office and there was a commissioner of oath called for me by the teller. This got me angry that why did not I get the same service at the Acardia post office. I would like to commend on the service I got at Brooklyn and say thank you. But please fix Arcadia. I am client who owns a postal box there but the service. We dont need people like her.
