Ad attitude and discrimination between customers

I was queing at lebowakgomo post office with a friend, a lady infront of me went out of the que straight to the counter where the cashier/consultant made copies for her, then another lady came in and went straight to the same counter and was helped too.my friend and i went there too because we also wanted to make copies and certify them.when we arrived the lady said ' yoh why is the here a que here i am leaving' and i asked her why cant she help because she helped two people then she tried to deny it.she gave me a bad attitude it felt like she was doing us a favour in helping us.i didnt get her name cos she wasnt wearing a name tag.she was wearing a white top and a zcc badge.what makes more angry is the fact that a post office has to offer good services to every customer, if i dont know anyone at lebowakgomo post office doesnt mean i should be treared like dirt.i can be contacted on 0730553549
