So I go to this FNB to go and certify 6 months of my bank statements, when I get there they say its policy not to certify copies that a client brings themselve, so I need to pay R11 per page for them to print the statements for me, which will be about R260, like really? so whats the point of sending the statements if theyre not gona allow you to print them and certify them for you, why cant they just send certified copies? so I ask them if this is the same across all branches then they say some branches allow it but they cant tell me which ones, they dont know... I felt like closing my account and going back to ABSA... mxm!!!
