On the 6th of November I visited my local post office to certify my sons copied documents which were to be submitted at his school.
When I walked in the teller was busy with his phone while the branch manager was helping people on the other teller. When I finally was fed up on waiting on the line I went to him and asked to be assisted that's when he put his phone on the side to help me. I took out the originals and copied documents to be certified that's when I was told that the certifying stamp was broken mind you the lady next to me said its been broken since October. I fail to understand why they have not replaced or got a new stamp if its been months already post offices are they to help us as a nation but it seems like even the small services departments are failing us. I asked the branch manger for a written report to submit when submitting my complaint she said She will not do that and said I can report the matter She does not see why she needs to write anything.
