I went to Randburg Post Office to certify my ID copy with my fiance, I waited on the queue I then ask the man by the name of Jacob if they ca n help me. He told me to join another queue where because he is not certify, right I was OK with that. I joined this queue and I was told to go back to this Jacob. I waited there and while was there I could see other people were skipping the queue, I told him that I am not happy and requested to speak to his boss, aish please help South Africa to improve its service. I waited at boss's office door for 30 minutes. The guy called Max came I told him my story and he didn't't seem to care. I am definitely not going to that Post Office again... NO
