I had a valuable parcel sent via registered mail to the benoni post office. When i went to collect it i was informed that a MR RAYMOND DAVIS had already signed for and taken my parcel. Now firstly if it is registered mail does a person not have to produce their ID book as proof that they are the person who is to be collecting the parcel. And secondly if someone is collecting the parcel for you would they not need your permission along with your ID book as proof. Now i do not understand how it is possible that this unknown person was able to get my parcel without my permission or without arousing any suspicion, i find this completely unacceptable as i paid alot of money for the parcel as well as delivery and i expect something to be done about this!!!
