Post Office - international parcel

Jukskei Park - Post Office recive from me on the 01/03/2013 international parcel to be send to Poland.
I know that they are on strike, but they told me that international parcel drivers are collecting.
Today - 06 /03/13 they told me that the parcel left the post office yesterday 05/03/13- lunch time - in mean time the parcel is still there!!!
I phone the call centre, look on internet - parcel still in Jukskei Park Post Office
Can you please let me know when the parcel will live the coutry???
