SA Post Office
2 months and still no reg. parcel from Durban

A registered parcel PE769253873ZA was sent to me from Durban on February 19th. and according to the post office " track and trace" it is still sitting in Durban Hub. This is a disgrace as I paid good money to have it sent by registered mail and could have walked from Durban in less time and still no one at Witpos has any idea when I can expect to get the parcel. They keep saying perhaps next week every week and still nothing materializes. I keep hearing the bull... about how delivery backlogs are nearly resolved however it seems that it does not apply to mail from Durban.
