I am extremely unhappy with the parcel that I urgently needs to sent to PTA.
On the 25 of April I went to Postnet Raslow to urgently sent a parcel to Pta. When I phoned the company that were supposed to receive the parel 2 months later, they still have not received it. I tracked the parcel and found out the parcel was sent to Boksburg. I asked them to redirect it urgenly to pta. When I phoned a month later the parcel was still at Boksburg. I phoned sunward park and they said that maggieskruin returned the parcel to them. Why did I pay registered mail if the parcel do not go the the correct address. I am very very unhappy about this and will never use this service again. Pathetic
