Booked a table for Christmas Day lunch and received an email confirming that we should pay within two days, unfortunately my 8month old was admitted to hospital and I forgot. Needless to say no reminder, just an email saying "sorry you have not paid so we have cancelled your reservation and we are now fully booked" called the food and beverage manager who said yes a reminder is their policy on the first phone all but later changed it to we were wrong and pretty much argued with me about it... Will never go there again and would never have expected that sort of service from such a hotel!
