This Is Bad Experience with Simmons
We Ordered 2 Months Ago Beds From Simmons Via Shaw Group Got Receipt For The Order Was Been Processed.
By The Due Date Of Delivery Came They Told Us They Doesn't Want To Deliver Because They Need To Come & Inspect The Business, That Was Never Ever Told To Us Earlier On By The 2 Months Time While We Were Waiting For Order To Come. We Are Selling Furniture In The Shop They Could Have Checked Earlier On. They Wasted Our Time.
They Delayed Us With 1 Month & Let Us Down In Front Of Our Customer Because We Keep On Promising
The Customer Your Order Will Come This Week & Next Week Finally We Lost Our Good Customer.
We Strongly Think He Is Colluding With Other Distributors /Suppliers.
That's Quit Unfair & its Against the Completion Act
