We bought three generators from the above person in July 2013 and in October the same year one of them had stopped working - they were still under guarantee and I called Kevin to ask him where i should take it to be repaired / looked at - He said he would come and fetch it the following day. A week later we had not heard a word from Kevin so I telephoned him again and asked him what was happening regarding this generator - he told me he would fetch it tomorrow, I mentioned to him that is what he told me a week ago and we are still waiting to hear from him, I also told him that I need confirmation that he would actually be fetching it as we are having to hire a generator daily to compensate for the one not working - he told me I am irritating him now and he should charge me for a call out for harassing him. I told him that that was unethical as the units are still under guarantee - he then proceeded to start shouting at me that we should be grateful we got them at a good price so I shouldn't complain about having to hire generators until he can get there. I tried to tell him that this was irrelevant and the problem was that it needed to be fixed and still under guarantee
