Neptune plant hire provides diesel generators for hire, and when a customer hires a generator they may do so with a full tank as long as they return it with a full tank- then they are promised a refund for the diesel they did not use (This is how the agreement is normally understood). Now, I hired a generator from Neptune last year in september for a student film production. Firstly they gave us a generator that leaked out most of the diesel, so we did not use it for more than a day- but we still returned it with a full tank (including all the diesel lost due to the leak). I was promised that the hours usage would be checked and we would be refunded accordingly (because according to them there was "no" leak in the generator). After following up multiple times last year AS WELL AS following up again this year, I have still not heard anything back on the front of the money owed to me. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever come across in my life, and this seems like a company that is completely disinterested in customer satisfaction.
