Auto Hail Owner Ricky /Staff - very bad ATTITUDE

Auto Hail - sorted out my car about 2years back - when i went to pay short fall the EFT on thier side was faulty and debited my account twice - after a few weeks of dealing with an employee of Auto Hail (who still works there) FNB Bank and my self i am told everything sorted out - Now my car is once again taken to Auto Hail to be fixed - NOT once did they say you owe us money NOT once when quote of R34500.00 was sent did they say you owe us money - NOT once when my insurance compnay told them to drop quote which they did to R29000.00 did they say NO she OWE us money - Today at 4.15pm i arrive not yet out car cell rings to be told cash only EFT down, i contact the owner Ricky stating if i had known i would have gone into the back, Can i do a Interbank tranfer, to be told i owe him R2500.00 and he will not let my car go (in other words i am a) NOT ONCE DID ANYONE PHONE ME IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS MY CAR WAS THERE TO SAY HELLO YOU YOU MY MONEY - I now want anaswes why taken my car now fix it to be told i his money - because of what they did to night they messed up my banking for the day - i was contacted this mornining at 9am why didnt you tell me then i must
