I have never dealt with such a uncouth supplier in my life. Riaz Peerbhay! This man has had my colleague in tears. I have taken over the communication with him as no one else here can deal with him. He and I both agreed on the 17th October that I could phone him on 28th October and confirm the delivery of the rest of our items. Of course out of the 8-off times I phoned Skiffy, not one call was answered. Finally I got hold of him today and when I asked when we would be receiving our order, he raises his voice at me and says I sound like a stuck record. I have spoken to him only once before. He continued to verbally abuse me before I shouted at him to stop. He then put the phone down on me. I phoned another 3times back on which each time he slammed the phone down on me. And I have been nothing but overly sweet and patient with this man.
He has not been able to give us an ETA since we placed the order. Every week we phone, he says we have to wait another week.
How do people get away with treating their customers like this, if I had to, I'd be fired. Nobody in my work place will deal with RIAZ PEERBHAY!!! That should say something!
