I called the call centre this morning (13/09/2013 08:30) as I have not received my order which was loaded with a driver on Tuesday already, I spoke to Janine and she loaded the query as it shows on the system that the order has been delivered however i have not received anything, I call back at 11and spoke to Sibusiso to find out how far the query is, and I asked him to put me through to a manage he put me back in the queue for a consultant, which is quite unprofessional, I got through to another consultant and she said there is no manager at work, I asked that a supervisor call me, its been 3 hours and im still waiting.
This is totally unacceptable as I always have problems with my deliveries and I have complained about this on numerous occasions and nothing has been done, when i call in the call centres the consultants dont get back to you and have to keep calling in which costs me money. I don't get the things from avon for free- avon is quick to call for money but when it comes to assisting us with issues, you take your time.
I have customers waiting for their orders i would appreciate it if my order can be delivered today or i will cancel my account with avon.
