Not delivering to the correct address

I placed an order with Avon the first week of September. on the 10th i received and sms stating that my order has been loaded with a driver- Avon uses fast and furious couries, until today (16th) i have not received my order- i called avon on numerous occassions to find out where my order is and their systems it shows that the order has been delivered which i have not recieved, today the consultant at avon call centre finally got the delivery note from fast and furious, and the driver delivered my order to someone else, the driver told her that he couldnt find anyone at my house- which is a as i was at home the entire day and have not received any calls from any driver to find out if i am or not home, which they usually do. he had no right to deliver it to someone else he should have taken the box back and fast and furious should have notified avon but yet again i state i was at home and no driver came to deliver. on numerous occassions i have complained about fast and furious cause if they dont deliver late the deliver to the wrong address- Avon should really consider changing their courier company.
