I am a Avon consultant & with my last order i didn't receive my consultant discount.after emailing Avon with my query. I still i haven't received a response.when i phoned the call centre i was on hold for so long that i had to end the call.& their deliveries are also so late. Whats going on with the bad service at Avon. Although Justine is apart of the same company but consultants that i have spoken to don't have any problems with them. I sent my mail on the 16 September 2013.
