So I placed an order at Avon on the 26th and 29th of January 2013 and another order on the 4th of February 2013, after a lot of calls to Avon call center which by the way went over R200 by because you always have to wait and no satisfying service are given with a lot of excuses from them I only received my first two order on the 12th and 13th of February and as my mail plan indicates i should have received it already on the 4 or 5 th of Feb my third order i am still waiting and still getting excuses from Avon call center they don't know where my parcel is my customer are claiming they're money back and what am i suppose to do with the items that will eventually be delivered!!! This is really bad service for a company that claims they only want to give good service and all of them claimed to give me a call back that i am still waiting for...
