So I sent a query on the 30 January 2014 10:42 AM with regards to my delivery.
This was my query / complaint, well needless to say no one has gotten back to me:
"WOW Avon, what is going on with the deliveries in the Gauteng Area?
I placed an order on the 13th of December a total value of R1447.95 and paid directly into Avon's bank account on the 14th Dec. Reference 2156336
I only received a partial of my order middle December..
For the rest of the order...
WELL today is the 30th of January and still no AVON?
VERY disappointed..
If this is the kind of client service we can expect for the rest of 2014, I'm sorry to say Avon, You have lost a very loyal customer today."
My order was delivered on the 31th, but the point of the matter is that no one even acknowledged my query and that up until now, I have not received a reply or explanation as to why there was such a huge delay in the deliveries.
Is this customer service?
