I placed an order on the 29 of January which was invoiced on the 5th Febuary. Today is the 11th and I have still not received my order. I called the call centre on thursday and the lady told me I should get it that thursday or friday. I had to call the call centre again today which takes up my airtime to find out where my order is and still no one can guarantee when I would receive my order. I have clients that's waiting for a week now and I can't give them an answer. I requested a manager or supervisor to call me back as I was told they busy and I'm still waiting for a call. This is totally unacceptable as I am loosing business and avon is not taking responsibilty and making sure I get my order. This is not the first time my order is late. Since december my orders have neen delivered late and I place my orders on time and expect them to be delivered on time or to be notified if they are late. Something needs to be done about this. I will be taking the matter further as it is not the first time I have to lay a complaint for avon
