We had a faulty KIC fridge under extended guarantee that was repaired by the company. The item was collected the day after the complaint was logged. A loan unit was provided and repairs was done and the unit was returned within 3 working days. The staff handling this repair was very friendly.
An excellent job done in times when one is not used to good service anymore.
