Please can assist me I bought an overhead projector form hi-fi corporation with an extended warranty this went faulty I have send it in for repairs no they tell me that they cannot repair it the repairs is more than the unit sold price they and its obsolete can give me a other unit or I can choose anything in the shop for the value of the amount of R2500.00 or they can give me a new unit then I have to pay in the difference, my question is how come do I have to pay in and what stand me to do if they can't repair the unit I bought from them
