Dear Sirs

I have been purchasing Cravan A for over ten years now and recently I have purchasing defected cigarettes in that in every carten I purchase, at times three of the boxes I have opened will have cigarettes that have the filters peeling off and I have to discard them. Please advise as to when this problem will be rectified.
