Poor build quality and pathetic customer service

This is the 2nd time in 2 months i have had to send a 8month old wyzeman 7 for repairs.
the first was for a faulty LCD and now for a battery that does not charge.
the first repair took forever - although i was told it is a "small" problem, it still took 8 working days from collection to delivery. no one indicates to you when they have received it, working on it, or when it is repaired. i had to email and call several times myself to ask these questions.
now for the 2nd repair i am experiencing the exact same service. the unit was collected on the 1st July, and today, 8 working days later, i am yet to receive any communication about the status of the unit and its repair. again, i have had to email to request this information. pathetic customer service to say the least.
P.S even the driver from the courier company who collected the unit for the 2nd time said "again this thing, why don't you just buy a better one!!! "
