A OR JUST LOUSY SERVICE?

On 31 August, while trying to source a garden shed at a really good price, I saw the online ad for Lebaleng Wendy's. As it was a while since it was posted I thought it should be safe - surely if there's a problem it should have been pulled by now? I called the advertiser, David, and asked about the small pallet wood wendy's in the ad. He told me that in addition to the quoted price there would be a R300 delivery fee. I told him that was fine and asked when I could get delivery, he said I should check on Monday 2 September as the 'factory' was not open on the weekend. Called him on Monday and was told delivery would be 'by 8am on Wednesday'. Nothing by 9am yesterday, so I gave him a call. As soon as I asked about the delivery he seemed not to understand what I was saying and started mumbling, although he was fine at first! Then I got an sms from him apologizing and saying he had been in an accident and would do the delivery this morning around 10am. 11am - nothing, so called him, he said he would investigate and let me know. Then I get a call from another guy saying David had given him my no and delivery would now be R500, which I refused to pay. My calls are now being rejected.
