Paid 3 weeks ago - no delivery on my Tool Shed

I placed an order and PAID for my tool shed in full on the 23rd July. I was promised delivery in 10 working days.
Then again promised delivery today the 12th August
Supplier does not answer his phone, nor is he replying to my e-mails.

I would have liked to be kept in the loop as to the reasons for delay. Not a happy customer at all.
