No bed for Christmas! mr price don't care

On 17th October I paid for a white scroll metal daybed at mr price home Lynnridge mall. Delivery of the bed was to be in Seapoint Capetown by mid December. Last week I started following up on the delivery. This was a mission as you are referred back to the store where you originally paid for the bed and not to the warehouse who are responsible for delivery. My son in Capetown was contacted in November and advised delivery would be mid December. After a few unsuccessful phone calls to mr price call centre and a trip into mr price Brooklyn I went back to Lynnridge mall. They printed a document with delivery scheduled for the 13th. My son may have received a call re delivery but calls come from an unknown number. mr price had my number in case of a problem. Yesterday Shihir called me re delivery as he had tried to get hold of my son earlier. I asked for a contact number which he smsed to me. I called him today he was unavailable. I spoke to Dombi(?) and explained I needed delivery of the bed as soon as possible, she told me it would not be before the 27th? I asked her to see what she could do.By 4pm I had had no response. I went to Lynnridge and got a refund. Belinda did her best.
