House & Home fails again

I have bought a TV stand unit on 13/12/2013 and was informed by a very friendly Thoko that they don't have stock but that it will be there on Monday. On Monday we went back to buy a bed for the spare room &I was informed that the stand has not arrived yet but that the bed will be ordered will be delivered with the stand on 18/12/2013. On Wednesday we had to follow up on whether the delivery. That afternoon I received a call from the branch manager Wendy Laas. She informed me that the bed has arrived but that the stand has not been ordered as yet. She said she would go and have a look at the one on the floor and phone me back. She never did. I could also not reach her when tried to call back. We went to see her and she didn't really care. When we said she must cancel and refund she informed that we must provide our original slip which was at home at the time. We said okay she can continue with the order. Two weeks later when the delivery had to be done we found that the order was cancelled by Wendy. Wendy didn't know what is going on in her store and had to ask her staff to help her. In the end we cancelled and went to another shop. Wendy really did not proof to be on top of things.
