I called Wendy Factory about a quote for a toolshed. Moses helped me over the phone to pick the right toolshed for my price range, which as far as prices go was better than any of the places I contacted (2m x 1m x 1.8m for R4000 this included tax and delivery in Pretoria). As soon as I sent through my proof of payment Moses called me to tell me that they will be able to deliver the toolshed in a weeks time on the following Wednesday at 10:00. This I took with a pinch of salt, dealing with previous companies that promised such an exact date and time so far ahead. The following Wednesday came and at 09:00 Moses gave me a call to say the guys are on the way, exactly at 10:00 they were busy erecting the toolshed. According to Moses they needed 2 hours to erect it, within 1 and 1/2 hours of starting, the toolshed was built and finished. I very rarely deal with a company with such great foresight and actually kept to their delivery times. This shows great management and planning. On a side note, the afternoon the toolshed was erected it rained and stormed, everything I already put in it was bone dry and the shed survived the storm. Great service and quality work.
