I placed an order on Monday the 25th using the express method of delivery which shows that it takes 1 - 3 days delivery. This method of delivery is also more expensive than the economy method. To date my order has not arrived. When I called the call centre both yesterday and today, none of the people I spoke to knew what was happening. All they can say is that there is a delay. When I asked if the cost for the delivery charge would be reversed and re-billed at an economy rate they just tell me they don't know. Yesterday someone promised me "the Manager" would call me back but no-one has. This is the worst online service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this to anyone!
