URGENT PLEASE

I have send a parcel to my daughter from Harrismith to Germiston via Speed Service. The parcel is urgent that is whey I used Speed Service. When I phoned the customer centre they informed me that there is a strike in Germiston and I must phone tomorrow again!! Is there no other way that my daughter can get the parcel??
