I have a parcel sitting at Germiston Hub after it was returned for no reason or with notification. The staff have gone on an unofficial strike. No one is answering phones. The parcel has been sitting at the hub since the 14/02. If you phone the call centre you hang on for hours. I have got through to Nthabiseng Mota who has emailed the hub manager but we have received no reply there either. Please help urgently as I need this parcel.
