Parcel delayed

Parcel PE802159012ZA send from Die Boord, Stellenbosch on 12 February 2013 and still not delivered in Germiston. Tried to track and trace the parcel and all answer is that it was received and scanned at Die Boord on 12/12/2013. How do I get this parcel to its' destination??? It is URGENT!
