Waiting for my parcel - and No help

My parcel has been scanned at germiston on the 01/08/2013 it is now the 13/08/2013 and nothing has come about the parcel.

I have phoned all over and everyone just say's it is at germiston, you phone Germiston on (011) 825 8311 (which is on the internet) and no one picks up to help you.

Come on people if it was your parcel how the would you feel.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE REALLY...
