I have a parcel sitting at Germiston Hub. The staff have gone on an unofficial strike. No one is answering phones. The parcel has been sitting at the hub since the 12/02. If you phone the call centre you hang on for hours. And that is time I do not have! Please help urgently as I need this parcel.
