I have been trying to purchase safety vests from Parksafe since June this year and it has proven to be an extremely thorny experience. They take forever to get back to you with quotations, their now-now is 2/3 days later & then only also because you called them to follow up. I was initially told that it was COD but when i placed my order was told that i need to pay upfront before goods are manufactured. I had to request for a proper invoice countless times before eventually receiving it. Finally on receipt of a proper invoice & depositing the cheque into their account, I am told that they have to wait for the cheque to clear before proceeding. When i called on monday (2/09) morning i was told that my order still had not been processed because they were waiting for the cheque to clear, this despite the money being cleared from our account on the day of deposit (21/08). they then change their story & said that the cheque was cleared & that the order would be processed but when i called after 1 the afternoon it still hadn't been done & will have to wait for the next day, despite being labeled as urgent. Today the printers wife is in labour, so my order will once again not be processed!
