Re: My Absa's Europ Assistance (ABSI 131 985 DNA individual topup1) and my missing suitcase (2012-09-03 10:30:00), with ALL my summer clothing, chronic back pain medication&momentos- which was 3 weeks later "mysteriously" traced back to Istanbul, but stuff (amongst others, those vital-&expensive schedule 5 pain meds and and eventual "compensation" of only R2700(!) (minus R1200 I paid for doctor&dentist in CASH as well as R801 premium for being "fully covered") thus amounting to R1900 (1/3 of my R5200 claim), I still haven't had any request from them to even listen to my pre-recorded phone conversations on video(!) on which they were LYING thru their teeth and won't even respond to Beeld's column Tot u Diens!!! Are you for real?
