Change their story as it suits them

When our small start up opened our business account with the so called most innovative bank around we were told since our income came from international cheques that we would have to only get the first cheque cleared for collections. Not to confuse anyone (if these things even get read) but we opened our account at Menlyn Square. I was in Menlyn shopping centre and went to its branch (different) because out of convienience on that day. There a very helpfull young lady assisted me, explaining again that our first cheque would need to go for collections and that can take 4-6 weeks. All fine. In fact she phoned me twice and told me the cheque is in and when it cleared about 3 weeks later I was still very chuffed. Then on the 17th August 2013 I was at Menlyn Square to bank my cheque. told that this one MUST go for collection again with the reason being it is a different branch. BUT when I come back for my next cheque it will be cleared in three days. I phoned twice and spoke twice to the same employee. Now the cheques from the 17th is still not clear AND THEY CANT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Add to it they now simply refuse to clear the cheques and we have to suffer! very dissapointed
