First National Bank

I received a cheque deposit and now I am told that it takes 7 days to clear and I need the money urgently. Then when I called the complaints line for FNB I was told that the person who deposited the cheque could have asked for special clearance. The depositer confirmed that no teller informed him of this. I need this cheque to be cleared I am willing to pay for that otherwise I want my account closed and will move to another banking institution.
