I got Jackies cleaning service to clean our unit. The woman walked around with a book to take "detailed" notes of different areas to care after when cleaning. She even wrote in her book re my study "versigtig skoonmaak" Well they didn't, even though she told me her staff is "highly trained". It so happened that they broke my clothes horse. After 3 warnings they push it back and it broke. After various excuses from her side, and me sending her proof of the price the clothes horse cost me, which she said she didnt receive, although she read and received my e-mail, she refunded me R100.00 less. Also her "carefull" notes didn't seem so perfect, she mentioned items in the room eg a standing computer, which I don't own! And certain shoes she "saw" which weren't there. She also mentioned we stay in such a small little place, it will be quick to clean! (Rather professional!) Her "well trained" staff also switched off my Wifi plug, after 3 warnings! They pulled a huge part of my curtain off the rail! I wont be richer/poorer by not receiving R100.00, but it will make a better person of me and teach me not to just trust and hire people! In future I will asked for references first!
