After purchasing a Braun Oral B Vitality electric toothbrush from Clicks Stores, within 2 months it pack up. Didn't want to charge. Clicks happily replaced it with a new one. Something I was very grateful for.(see my report on clicks) I also purchased new brushes, but needles to say whiting another toe to three months, same story. Not charging and useless. After spending more than R450 plus, I am still without a toothbrush. I do not think returning it will solve the problem, seems to me there is some electrical fault whit the Vitality toothbrushes.
